We’ve got an immediate opportunity for a reliable, hands‑on Hygiene Operative to join a leading employee‑owned food production company in Alness.

- £13.45 per hour, with overtime at £20.18 after 37.5 hours and £26.90 on Sundays
- Full‑time hours Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime
- Day shifts: 7.30/8/8.30 am – 3.30/4/4.30 pm, plus flexibility for production needs

What you’ll be doing
- Keeping factory floors spotless and bins emptied
- Cleaning equipment and sanitising work surfaces
- Removing fish and other debris from the floor
- Tray washing
- Supporting wider hygiene tasks, including domestic cleaning cover during holiday periods
What we’re looking for
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning (desirable)
- Strong physical capability — this is a hands‑on role in a cold, wet environment
- Reliability, great work ethic and flexibility to work overtime when required
